Sanctuary Church is honored to have some of the best church staff ever.
Our Pastors
Wesley Faloon serves as our Lead Pastor while his wife Susie Faloon serves alongside him as Executive Assistant and Head of Women's Ministry.
As Alumni of Faith Bible College, they both have a unique way of being led and advised by the Holy Spirit on how to lead our church. They have an incredible heart and passion to see souls saved and our communities changed by God's power.
Youth Pastors
Ryan Scully & Ashlee Scully run UNITY Youth Group for grades 9th - 12th on Wednesdays at 6:30pm.
They are both available through Instagram

Ryan and Ashlee also run The Well, which is a Non-Profit Youth Cafe located right here in Mars Hill.
Starting January 31st 2025 - Open Thursdays 3-6p | Fridays 3-9p
Jr. High Youth Pastors
Josh and Katy Faulkner lead AMPLIFY Youth which is grades 6th - 8th, and is always growing!
They meet Wednesdays 6:30pm
Sunday School Superintendant
Katy Faulkner oversees all aspects of the Sunday School department, with classes for all ages.
Sunday School: Sundays 10am. Transportation Available upon request within Mars Hill/Blaine/Bridgewater area. Contact 207-735-4682.
Discipleship Class
Johnny and Karen Cox facilitate our Discipleship Program. These classes are for christians looking to learn more about the many aspects of living for Christ and serving Him.
These classes also allow opportunity for asking questions and making connections with your church Family.
Discipleship is every Wednesday at 6:30pm
Children's Pastor
Influunt Kids is our ministry for kids age 4 to grade 5. Naomi Fletcher leads them in worship and word!
They meet Wednesdays 6:30pm
Church Secretary
Barbara Tapley serves as our church Secretary holding office hours Tuesday-Friday from 8:30am-12:30 pm.

Worship Team
Johnny Cox serves as our Worship Team Coordinator and helps our team usher in the presence of the Lord as we praise!
Senior Saints Leader
Bob Miller runs our bible study and outings for adults ages 55 and up! They meet at 2:00 pm on Tuesdays every other week. There is always wonderful fellowship and a beautiful presence of the Lord whenever they meet!
